Principle Architect & Owner
With 30 years of experience and licensed to practice architecture in 1995 I have enjoyed working on a wide variety of projects including commercial, food service, hospitality, hotel, adaptive reuse, institutional, public works, light and heavy industrial and custom residential.Since moving to the Napa Valley in 1999 I have expanded my experience to include winery and cave construction.
In December 2008 I formed Ward Architects and look forward to furthering my career in the Napa Valley and surrounding areas.
I have lived and worked in Sacramento and currently reside and practice architecture in the California Napa Valley.
Philosophy
My aim is to create a vision for the client or to take a client's vision and make it become a reality.
I wish to respect the environment as well as time honored techniques within the architectural profession. In addition, I believe it is important to be knowledgeable about the latest in technology, products, and eco-trends as they pertain not only to the world of architecture but also the world as a whole.
In my opinion, a successful project pays homage to the past, present, and future.
